If there’s one thing I am learning and practicing daily, it is my patience to detach and let go of what is out of my control. When life feels hectic, take three deep breaths in and out with one hand touching your heart. Trust me, it really does help.
Today I’ve been organizing and dealing with new things in my business, and oh gosh, I do really get tested at times. When things need reiterating or when I have technical issues, the frustration can really feel heavy.
Trust in the process and keep pushing forward. It took Edison over 2000 trials to create the lightbulb. Elon Musk made 3 failed rocket attempts before he finally succeeded. Failure is part of the process, so hold tight to your vision in your mind and heart and keep working towards it. Being inpatient only leads to anxiety and unnecessary stress. Great things take time. The Roman Empire wasn’t built in a day.
Exactly like what Marcus Aurelius said…
“The obstacle in the way is the way”
When you calm down your nervous system and take a step back when life feels too much, watch how everything starts to realign again and the path is clearer. Don’t ever give up. Consistency and showing up for yourself everyday to go through these challenges are the only options for growth and learning. The human brain naturally tends towards comfort, so choosing the more difficult route will always be more rewarding in the end. Think long-term wins. Always.
I am so grateful to have these types of challenges in my life, because with every obstacle I face, I become stronger, more adaptable, and more resourceful. It is building up to the woman I am becoming.
Love
Wendy
